What We Did
1. Clearing and Ground Preparation
We started by removing the existing paving, timber decking, and damaged turf. Once cleared, we prepared the ground evenly across the entire garden, ensuring a solid base for both the turf and the porcelain paving.
2. Installing Porcelain Paving
We laid high-quality outdoor porcelain slabs for the main walkway and patio area. These tiles are perfect for all-weather use—non-slip, easy to clean, and durable. To finish it off, we added a contrasting dark edging that frames the paving and gives a sharp, clean look.
3. Laying the New Turf
A fresh, level lawn was installed on top of a properly prepared sublayer. The turf was rolled out carefully for a uniform finish, and the result is a lush, green space with crisp edges and that classic striped look.
4. Decorative Gravel Border
We finished the space with a decorative gravel strip along the fence. This improves drainage, keeps weeds at bay, and adds a neat contrast between the paving and the fencing.
